WHAT
 is an NCR form?

NCR is a printing industry acronym which stands for "No Carbon Required" and NCR paper is a type of carbonless paper, or carbon less paper, designed to transfer writing from the top to the sheet or sheets below it.

They're a great business tool used to make a copy of an original document that is simple to use and cost effective.

WHY use NCR forms?
These multi-part forms play an important role in any business, saving on-the-go professionals time and money.
NCR’s help make transactions easier and hassle free.

Aside from saving you time, carbonless forms prevent any alterations on a finished copy, helping you keep documentation organized and secure. They also serve as tangible records for your customers, adding professionalism and reliability to your business.
Finishing Options Available:
  • Numbering
  • Perforating
  • Edge Glueing
  • Multiple Parts

HOW exactly do carbonless forms work?
Carbonless copy paper has micro-encapsulated ink on the backside of the top sheet. The front side of the bottom sheet is coated with clay. One applies pressure when writing on or typing mechanically on the top sheet. This pressure allows the ink to react with the clay, which copies the markings on the top sheet onto the bottom one.
